Members get access to a private publication, early access to new features, insight into our roadmap and experiment results, and a direct line to share feedback with the Substack team.

We’ve built major new products including the iOS app, recommendations, and podcasting by working alongside writers in betas and listening closely to their experiences.
Members will be added to new betas and experiments by default. We’ll welcome your feedback along the way and you can leave the group at any time. For major tests, you’ll be notified ahead of time with the ability to opt out.
Members will also receive monthly reports summarizing results from recent tests and giving sneak peeks into relevant parts of our upcoming roadmap.
Via the invite-only Product Lab publication, you’ll be able to comment, ask questions, and share insight directly with our product managers and researchers.
